100cm x 120cm, 2010. Create with 37 kilos of white Swiss chocolate and food colourant, this edible work was completed in one 18 hours marathon stretch. Auctioned for the Nelson Mandela Children’s Fund at Lord’s Cricket Ground, the painting raised several thousand pounds and is no longer available for viewing… it was eaten by a Sussex rugby team!
